How to Order
- Join or Log in K-ZONE STUDIO
- Searcher and Select the products
- Add the products to Cart
- On Cart page, double-check your selected products, options, quantity.
- Click on “Order Selected Items”
- Choose the shipping method
- Write your shipping address and information
- Make the payment
- Completed Order
Returns

We accept returns anytime within 7 days period from the receipt, but we regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.

The return shipping costs for returns are the buyer's responsibility.
Exchanges
- We only replace products within 10 days period from the receipt, if products are defective or damaged.
- If you need to exchange it for the same item, please inform us an email at support@kzonestudio.com
Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund (including delivery fees) on all items purchased through K-ZONE STUDIO within 7 days of purchase for the following reasons:
- If the items that are delivered are not the items that you have purchased
- If the delivered items are delivered in a defective state
This only applies to orders that are presumably "lost" during the delivery process.
We cannot give a full refund if, for example, you wrote the wrong shipping address, you miss the package because you are absent. In that case, we'll give you a partial refund (total order cost - shipping fee). In the case of re-shipment, we'll send you an invoice for the re-shipping fee which is $5.00.
Cancellation
- Order cancellations can only be made before the K-ZONE STUDIO ship the item for delivery (usually 1-2 business days after the purchase).
- Even if your order status is listed as “processing,” cancellations cannot be made if we have already shipped the items to the carrier warehouse.
