WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
▣ All orders will be carefully packaged and delivered to the most convenient location for you. Typically, all orders require a handling period before shipment, usually 1 to 3 business days.
▣ Delivery takes approximately 5 to 20 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and shipping method.
▣ You can track your package using the Shipping Confirmation email sent once your order begins its journey.
Upon arrival in your country, the shipment may be subject to customs clearance, which could cause unexpected delays.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
▣ Some items may be restricted for delivery by carriers. Additionally, shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses may not be available.
▣ Customers are responsible for any customs taxes, import duties, Goods and Services Tax (GST), Value Added Tax (VAT), or any other related fees imposed by their country. K-ZONE STUDIO is not liable for these charges.
▣ Shipping charges, taxes, and any additional country-specific fees are non-refundable.
▣ In case of a returned shipment, the recipient is responsible for all return shipping fees. If a package is returned, a refund will be issued excluding the original shipping cost, return shipping fees, and any additional charges incurred.
