Returns
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of receipt. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
- Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging.
- Return shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Exchanges
1. Exchange Window
We offer exchanges within 10 days from the date of receipt, exclusively for items that arrive defective or damaged. Exchanges are limited to the same item only.
2. How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team at support@kzonestudio.com with your order number and a description (or photo) of the issue. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Section 3
Refunds
1. Full Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund, including delivery fees, within 7 days of purchase under the following circumstances:
- Wrong item received: The item delivered does not match what you ordered.
- Defective item: The item arrived in a damaged or defective condition.
- Lost in transit: The order is presumed lost during the delivery process.
2. Partial Refund Conditions
A full refund cannot be issued in the following situations. Instead, a partial refund will apply (total order cost minus the shipping fee):
- Incorrect address: The shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete.
- Missed delivery: The package could not be delivered due to the recipient's absence.
3. Re-shipment
If you prefer to have your order re-shipped rather than refunded, a re-shipping fee of $5.00 will apply. An invoice for this fee will be sent to you before the item is dispatched again.

SHOP & SHIP Service
1. Service Overview
Orders placed through our SHOP & SHIP service (proxy shopping and package forwarding) follow a separate return and refund policy due to the nature of the service. Please review the terms below before submitting a request.
2. Returns & Refunds for SHOP & SHIP
- Before international shipment: If an issue is identified before the package leaves our warehouse, we will work with the original seller to resolve it on your behalf.
- After international shipment: Once the package has been dispatched internationally, returns and refunds are generally not available, as the item has already cleared our facility.
- Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our handling, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will review each case individually and offer the best possible resolution.
