1. Overview

K-ZONE STUDIO is a global lifestyle platform providing Korean cultural products and SHOP & SHIP services to international customers. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Online Store: Direct sale and shipment of Korean books, lifestyle products, entertainment goods, and more.
  • Buy For Me: A proxy purchasing service where we buy products on your behalf from Korean retailers and ship them to your address internationally.
  • Ship For Me: A package forwarding service where we receive your packages at our Korean warehouse and consolidate/forward them to your international address.

By using our website and services, you accept these Terms in full.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

  • Our services are available to users of all ages. However, to purchase or access adult-only content (e.g., mature-rated comics or media), you must verify that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
  • If you are under 18, we recommend that you use our services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details up to date.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
  • Sharing account credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

3. Buy For Me Service (Proxy Purchasing)

  • K-ZONE STUDIO acts solely as a purchasing agent on your behalf. We purchase the requested product(s) from Korean retailers based on your instructions.
  • We do not manufacture, warrant, or guarantee the quality, authenticity, or fitness of third-party products purchased through this service. All product warranties and liabilities remain with the original seller/manufacturer.
  • Prices displayed are estimates and may differ from the final purchase price due to exchange rate fluctuations, availability, or seller price changes. You will be notified of any significant price differences before processing.
  • Orders are non-refundable once the purchase from the Korean retailer has been completed, unless the item received is materially different from what was ordered or is defective.
  • Service fees, international shipping costs, customs duties, and any applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • K-ZONE STUDIO is not responsible for customs seizures, import restrictions, or delays imposed by the destination country's authorities.
  • We reserve the right to decline any Buy For Me request at our sole discretion, including but not limited to requests involving prohibited items, items restricted for international shipping, or items that violate applicable laws.

4. Ship For Me Service (Package Forwarding)

  • K-ZONE STUDIO provides a Korean warehouse address for receiving your packages. We consolidate and forward packages to your international address upon your request.
  • You are solely responsible for the contents of all packages shipped through our forwarding service. K-ZONE STUDIO does not inspect the contents of every package beyond basic verification.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, return, or dispose of any package containing prohibited items (as defined on our Prohibited Items page) or items that violate Korean export regulations or destination country import regulations.
  • Storage is provided free of charge for up to 30 days from the date of receipt at our warehouse. After 30 days, storage fees may apply, and packages unclaimed after 60 days may be disposed of without further notice or compensation.
  • K-ZONE STUDIO is not liable for any damage, loss, or delay caused by third-party shipping carriers (e.g., FedEx, DHL, EMS, etc.) once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
  • Customers must purchase appropriate shipping insurance if the package contains high-value items. K-ZONE STUDIO's liability for uninsured packages is limited to the shipping fee paid.
  • All customs duties, import taxes, and related fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Prohibited Items (SHOP & SHIP Services)

Our SHOP & SHIP services (Buy For Me and Ship For Me) are subject to our Prohibited Items policy. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: explosives, flammable materials, narcotics, counterfeit goods, weapons, perishable foods, alcohol, tobacco, and any items restricted by international customs laws. K-ZONE STUDIO reserves the right to refuse, confiscate, or dispose of any prohibited items at the customer's expense and without liability. This section does not apply to products sold directly through our Online Store.

6. Pricing, Payment & Fees

  • All product prices in our Online Store are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • For SHOP & SHIP services (Buy For Me / Ship For Me), service fees, shipping rates, and applicable surcharges are outlined on our SHOP & SHIP Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
  • Payment must be completed in full before any service is rendered or order is processed. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
  • Currency conversion fees, bank transfer fees, or payment processor fees (e.g., PayPal) charged by your financial institution are your responsibility.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Return and refund policies differ depending on the type of purchase:

  • Online Store purchases: Subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Items must be returned in original condition within the specified return period.
  • Buy For Me orders (SHOP & SHIP): Non-refundable once the purchase has been completed. If a product is defective or materially different from the order, we will assist in coordinating a return with the original seller, but we cannot guarantee a refund from third-party retailers.
  • Ship For Me orders (SHOP & SHIP): Shipping fees are non-refundable once the package has been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • If a package is returned to our warehouse (e.g., due to incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or customs rejection), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and re-forwarding fees. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting all incurred charges.

8. Shipping & Delivery

The following applies to all orders, including Online Store purchases and SHOP & SHIP services (Buy For Me / Ship For Me):

  • Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
  • K-ZONE STUDIO is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party carriers after the package has left our facility.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier.
  • For shipping damage claims, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assist in filing claims with the carrier on your behalf, but the final resolution is subject to the carrier's policies.
  • For SHOP & SHIP services, all customs duties, import taxes, and related fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on kzonestudio.com — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of K-ZONE STUDIO or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited.

10. User Conduct

By using our services, you agree not to:

  • Use the website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data.
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
  • Harass, defame, or infringe upon the rights of other users or third parties.
  • Misrepresent your identity or provide false information.
  • Use our services to ship or purchase prohibited items.

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate termination of your account and services without refund.

11. Third-Party Links & Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. K-ZONE STUDIO is not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites. Transactions conducted with third parties are solely between you and the third party, and we assume no liability for any such transactions.

12. User Content & Feedback

By submitting comments, reviews, suggestions, or other materials to K-ZONE STUDIO, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, edit, reproduce, distribute, and display such content in any medium. We are under no obligation to maintain confidentiality, compensate, or respond to submissions. We reserve the right to remove content that we deem offensive, inappropriate, or in violation of these Terms.

13. Privacy & Personal Information

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Credit card information is always encrypted during transmission and is never stored on our servers.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

K-ZONE STUDIO does not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of our services is at your sole risk.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, K-ZONE STUDIO and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
  • Damages resulting from customs seizures, import restrictions, or shipping delays.
  • Damages caused by third-party products purchased through our Buy For Me service.
  • Loss or damage to packages handled by third-party shipping carriers.
  • Inaccuracies or errors in product information provided by third-party sellers.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to K-ZONE STUDIO for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless K-ZONE STUDIO and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your use or misuse of our services.
  • Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
  • Any inaccurate or false information you provide.
  • Contents of packages submitted through our Ship For Me service.

17. Service Modifications & Termination

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.
  • We may terminate or restrict your access to our services at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to our business, other users, or third parties.
  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination, including pending payments.

18. Force Majeure

K-ZONE STUDIO shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, labor disputes, carrier disruptions, cyberattacks, or any other force majeure events.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and K-ZONE STUDIO regarding the use of our services. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral.

21. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms of Service and all related agreements, disputes, and claims shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Korea, as determined under the Korean Code of Civil Procedure. Both parties irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier and may be subject to delays or issues during transit.

If any shipping issue occurs, K-ZONE STUDIO will support communication between the carrier and the recipient to help facilitate a resolution.

22. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website and services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
