Shipping policy

Part A

K-ZONE STUDIO ships to customers worldwide. All orders are carefully packaged and shipped to your designated address.

Processing time: 1 to 3 business days after your order is confirmed.
Estimated delivery: 5 to 20 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Tracking: A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Upon arrival in your country, shipments may be subject to customs clearance, which could cause additional delays beyond our control.

Customers are solely responsible for any customs taxes, import duties, GST, VAT, or any other fees imposed by their country.
K-ZONE STUDIO is not liable for these charges and has no control over customs policies in your country.
Refusal to pay customs duties may result in the package being returned or destroyed by customs authorities.

Certain items may be restricted or prohibited for international shipping based on the destination country's regulations.
K-ZONE STUDIO reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be legally shipped to the specified destination. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the ordered items are permitted for import into their country.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or customs rejection, the recipient is responsible for all return shipping fees.
Refunds for returned packages, if applicable, will be issued excluding the original shipping cost, return shipping fees, and any additional charges incurred.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of order to avoid delivery issues.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage.
We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. However, the final resolution is subject to the carrier's policies.
K-ZONE STUDIO is not liable for damage, loss, or delay caused by third-party shipping carriers once the package has left our facility.

The following policies apply exclusively to our SHOP & SHIP services and are separate from Online Store policies above.

International shipping is processed after payment confirmation. Shipping options include Express and Economy, with rates and estimated delivery times varying by destination.
Buy For Me: Processing time depends on the original Korean retailer's domestic shipping speed to our warehouse, plus 1 to 3 business days for inspection and international dispatch.
Ship For Me: Once your package arrives at our Korean warehouse and a forwarding request is submitted, international dispatch typically takes 1 to 3 business days.
