Shipping Policy

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING 

• All of orders will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you. Basically, all orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 1 ~ 3 business days.
• Delivery takes between 5 ~ 20 business days depending on your location and shipping options after dispatched.
• You'll be able to track your package by using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order begins its journey.

Upon arrival in your country, the shipment may get held at customs. In this case, a delay in delivery could occur.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE

• Some of items may be rejected to deliver by carrier to shipping P.O Box, APO, FPO, and DPO may be not possible. 
• We highly recommend customers purchase up to US$300 or less including shipping cost, to avoid customs issue.
• The customer will be responsible for any customs tax, import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related fees, not K-ZONE STUDIO
• Shipping charges, taxes, and other country's fees are non-refundable.
