Description

This 16-cavity madeleine pan features deeper molds than standard designs, accommodating double the batter per shell.

The cold-rolled steel pan is coated with double-sided non-stick Teflon coating and is sized to fit SMEG and GIERRE ovens. It can be used for madeleines, muffins, castella cake, or pudding baking.

Lightly wipe with a paper towel or a clean, dry kitchen cloth after use.
Wash with mild soap and dry using the residual heat of the oven.
Never use steel wool or abrasive materials for cleaning.
Not dishwasher safe.
Do not use sharp objects, such as knives, on the bakeware surface.
