Economy and Standard orders to the US, selected European countries, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand and the Philippines arrive with duties and import taxes already paid. Nothing is collected at your door.
To be clear: you are not paying this in advance. We settle it for you. Economy and Standard only, Express is not included.
Why this matters now
Shipping costs are rising. Your total isn't.
Fuel surcharges and international freight rates have climbed steadily, and customs thresholds in several markets have tightened. Most cross-border stores pass that on, either as higher shipping or as a customs bill waiting at delivery.
We decided not to. K-ZONE STUDIO absorbs the duties so the price you agree to at checkout is the price you pay. We have also extended coverage to Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand and the Philippines, where duty charges on arrival have long been a barrier for customers ordering from Korea.

What we cover
Import duties and taxes on eligible orders, paid in advance on your behalf. No handling fee, no invoice at delivery, no surprise from the courier. This applies to Economy and Standard shipping only. Express orders are not covered.

Europe is covered country by country
Coverage applies to selected European countries, not the region as a whole. Customs thresholds and clearance procedures differ from country to country, so we cover the ones we can settle in advance.

Southeast Asia: four countries
Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand and the Philippines are fully covered on Economy and Standard orders. Other countries in the region are not included yet.

If your destination is eligible, coverage is applied automatically. There is no code to enter. Express shipping is not covered, so duties are collected on arrival if you select it.

Duties and import taxes are settled before the parcel reaches your country's customs authority.

No payment request, no held parcel, no trip to a customs office.

No. Our prices were not raised to fund this. We absorb the cost as part of running a cross-border store, which is why coverage is limited to specific destinations and shipping methods rather than applied everywhere.
Contact us before paying anything and send us the notice you received. If the order was eligible, we will resolve it with the carrier. If you have already paid, we will reimburse you.
Express carriers assess duties under a different process, with handling fees we cannot settle in advance. If duty-free delivery matters more than speed, choose Economy or Standard.
It continues as long as it is sustainable. Customs rules and freight rates change, so eligible destinations may be adjusted. Any change is published on this page before it takes effect.
