This 462AL baking pan features a single-sided non-stick coating and is designed for use with SMEG, GIERRE, UNOX, VENIX, and UNOVEX commercial ovens.

The pan is suitable for dough preparation and proofing applications. The 1.5mm thickness construction accommodates standard commercial baking operations.

Care Instructions

Lightly wipe with a paper towel or a clean, dry kitchen cloth after use.
Wash with mild soap and dry using the residual heat of the oven.

Do not use sharp objects, such as knives, on the bakeware surface.
