Shipping & EU Customs Update

Shipping & EU Customs Update
Since the recent conflict in the Middle East, international freight costs have stayed high and have not come back down. We've held our rates as low as we possibly could for as long as we could. To keep delivering reliably, we've had to raise international shipping slightly across all destinations.
Shipping Rate Adjustment
Effective April 20, 2026, shipping fees were adjusted by a small amount for every destination country. This reflects the rise in global freight costs that remains in effect today. We kept the increase to the minimum needed to maintain safe, trackable delivery. These rates will ease again as conditions improve.
New EU Customs Duty
From July 1, 2026, the EU has removed the €150 duty-free threshold for low-value orders. A customs duty of €3 per product line now applies to shipments entering the EU.
A "product line" is counted by HS Code and country of origin, so an order with more distinct item types may carry more duty. For example, an order with 3 different product types counts as 3 lines, or €9 in duty. This charge is set by EU customs, not by our store.
Duties & Taxes Are On Us
For most European destinations shipped via Economy, we cover all import duties, taxes, and the new €3 customs fee on your behalf. So even if a shipping rate looks a little higher, it already includes these customs costs. You won't be asked to pay anything extra when your order arrives.
The same applies to the United States and Canada, where our rates are also duties-and-taxes included.
Which shipping methods include duties & taxes?
In short: with Economy (and select Standard) shipping, the price you see is the price you pay. Nothing extra at customs.
Thank You for Your Understanding
We truly appreciate your continued support. We'll always work to keep your shipping as affordable and reliable as we can, and we'll share any further updates as soon as they're confirmed.
